As an Undergraduate Advisor in the Orange Cluster Undergraduate Advising Center, Chaz provides holistic academic advising support to students majoring in Political Science. Some of Chaz’s key responsibilities include managing undergraduate program development and interpreting and implementing advising departmental and university policies. This position oversees undergraduate advising activities, such as freshman and transfer orientation, student career-building workshops, and prospective student engagement initiatives. Additionally, Chaz collaborates with department leadership and faculty to administer undergraduate programmatic needs, support policy development, and serve as a representative in campus-wide academic advising initiatives and partnerships with other student-focused units.
