The Undergraduate Student Academic Program Coordinator provides advising and undergraduate program administration to the Orange Cluster Undergraduate Advising Center. Lea’s duties include providing students with guidance on general curricular needs, directing students to appropriate campus/cluster-based resources, administrating the course scheduling of classes, maintaining student and instructional databases, coordinating new and revised courses using the ICMS system, handling textbook/desk copy orders, and working with faculty to issue PTA numbers. In addition, her role develops and hosts seminars, workshops, and training opportunities in support of the undergraduate majors within the Orange Cluster departments.
